The Kinetic bike trainer has a sealed fluid chamber with magnetically coupled drive shaft that is guaranteed leak proof. It has 80 cooling fins to dissipate heat, resulting in the lowest operating temperature of any fluid trainer. This bike trainer is compatible with the Pro Flywheel and with all bikes with 16″ to 29″ diameter wheels and needs an optional small wheel adapter is required for 16″ to 22″ wheels. I bought this so I could sit inside and exercise without having to ride on the roads around other bikers and cars. It came very quickly and after struggling a little bit to put it together I read some other reviews and figured out to put the “L Bolt” on first. The resistance is pretty good, but I have nothing else to compare it to. I am very happy with this, especially for the price. No way was I going to pay what some other trainers cost.
