I bought this so I could sit inside and exercise without having to ride on the roads around other bikers and cars. It came very quickly and after struggling a little bit to put it together I read some other reviews and figured out to put the “L Bolt” on first. The resistance is pretty good, but I have nothing else to compare it to. I am very happy with this, especially for the price. No way was I going to pay what some other trainers cost. I would certainly recommend this trainer. – mm
